Summer is with us and we are delighted to introduce our new signature menu which reflects the abundance of the season.  Join us for a feast of the finest ingredients the land and sea have to offer. Part of the ethos at Maiden Arch is the better the produce the less we have to do with it. We spend a lot of time sourcing and working with small sometimes unique suppliers. I had never heard of black runner beans until recently!!

Robert has spent his career working in fine dining including 9 years working at 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star kitchens across U.K Europe and America.
